4th Annual CBS Sisterhood Wine Tasting

Chez Beth Shalom was the venue for CBS Sisterhood’s 4th Annual Wine Tasting. Beautifully decorated with purple tablecloths and floral centerpieces, the social hall was the setting for a gathering of 55 people to enjoy a wonderful evening of food, wine, and conviviality.

The theme for the evening was French Bistro, with a wonderful menu catered and exquisitely prepared by Chef Philippe Lecoq, including salmon in saffron sauce, a delicious apple tatin, and a sinful flourless chocolate cake with wonderful wine pairings. Food and wine were both in abundance and much enjoyed by all attendees.
