Judaism: Your Guide to Life

When was the last time you attended a Jewish education class? If it was too
many years ago to remember, or just yesterday, then you won’t want to miss the
chance to sign up now for a wonderful opportunity to explore your interest in
Judaism. This program will be held on Sundays, starting October 7, at 10:00
a.m. in the religious school building.
The courses will be divided into sections, with those in the fall including a
segment on the Torah and relationships. What we can learn from Adam and Eve,
Abigail and David, Samson and Delilah, about the way men and women relate to
each other and are influenced by the very nature of being male and female.
The other segment will be a study of Jewish views of life after death. The
text for this portion will be What Happens After I Die? Both segments will be
stimulating and thought-provoking. There will also be a segment to learn or refresh
your knowledge of Hebrew. Noshes will be included.
This program is offered to all our members. No previous formal Jewish education
is necessary. For information/registration call Janet Aaronson, 817-860-
5448 or education chair Naomi Brand
