ANNUAL MEETING

OUR ANNUAL MEETING IS CALLED FOR SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2007 AT 7:00 PM IN THE SANCTUARY OF
CONGREGATION BETH SHALOM, 1211 THANNISCH DRIVE, ARLINGTON, TX 76011.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to elect Trustees, present the approved budget for the
year, receive reports of officers, committees, the rabbi, the executive director, the education and
youth directors and such other individuals that the Board may request, and for any such other
business that may arise. The annual meeting is open to all Beth Shalom members in good
standing.
